White Nationalist Nick Fuentes Arrested After Allegedly Throwing Woman Down Stairs and Pepper Spraying Her
White nationalist and anti-Semite Nick Fuentes was arrested in Illinois last week on a charge of battery after he allegedly pushed a woman down the stairs of his home and pepper sprayed her last month.
According to a police report from the Berwyn Police Department obtained by The Smoking Gun, Fuentes was confronted by a woman on Nov. 10 over comments he made online about abortion access following the November election.
In the report from Nov. 27, Officer Asael Carrera wrote that a woman who witnessed the incident recorded and “observed a male push a female down the stairs, spray her with mace and smashed her phone.”
A man identified in the report as Fuentes reportedly sprayed the woman and allegedly “pushed her backwards causing her to fall down the stairs and onto the concrete. The male then grabbed her phone and threw it against the concrete floor.”
Video purported to be from the incident began to circulate on social media on Friday afternoon:
Fuentes was reportedly booked, fingerprinted, and searched on Nov. 27 and ultimately charged with battery and released. He is due in court in Cook County on Dec. 19.
According to further details provided in the police report, the incident was initiated when the victim confronted Fuentes over comments he made about abortion access – implying Vice President Kamala Harris’s 2024 election loss would give him and others control over women’s bodies.
The Berwyn Police Department report states:
[The victim] then decided to go to his house and record a video of the property. While recording a video of the property a passerby encouraged her to speak with Nicholas, so she decided to attempt to make contact with Nicholas and rang his front door doorbell. While standing in front of the door, Nicholas opened the door and immediately sprayed her face with pepper spray and pushed her with both hands on her upper body, causing her to fall backwards down the stairs and onto the concrete below.
Nicholas then grabbed her phone and momentarily went inside his house before coming back out. They both then waited for police to arrive. Marla related she did not want to sign complaints at this time.
Police also reported that Fuentes had relayed following the incident he was in “fear for his life” after he “posted a political joke online.”
