Harris Faulkner Claims ‘Criminal’ Migrants Are Creating ‘Extra Footwork For NYPD’ Amid Healthcare CEO Killing

Fox News anchor Harris Faulkner claimed that “criminal” migrants are creating “extra footwork” for the New York Police Department following the murder of the CEO of UnitedHealthcare on Wednesday.

On Wednesday morning, Brian Thompson was shot and killed outside a Hilton hotel in midtown Manhattan in what police are calling a “targeted attack.” The gunman, who was wearing a mask and hoodie with a backpack, is still at large.

During an Outnumbered segment discussing the brutal killing, Faulkner suggested to former FBI special agent Nicole Parker that NYPD may have a harder time tracking down the gunman “because we’ve let in so many illegals.”

FAULKNER: In roaming around in a city where we just found out that we have 50,000 extra criminals on the ground here because we’ve let in so many illegals. And that was a number that popped less than 48 hours ago. And among them are some vicious, violent murderers. So not that that has anything to do with this case except for this — that’s extra footwork for NYPD. You’ve got to feel through all of that. And you have people who are already trying to hide from law enforcement. So you’ve got to make sure everybody who’s hiding faces and doing all that stuff isn’t part of the — I mean, that’s just mind boggling. 58,000 of these people here. And these are the bad guys.

PARKER: Unbelievable. And again, that is a failure and that is another topic. But it links into this: the violent crime issues going on in our cities nationwide. Typically the more democratic and blue cities is unacceptable. And thank goodness we have a new president, a sheriff coming into town. That has got to end. And the crime, obviously is a spike from various reasons, particularly the open border. Having been an FBI agent and I know people that are working that border on the FBI behalf. It is a very dangerous threat to our nation.
