Fox’s Jacqui Heinrich Snarks on Biden Avoiding a Final Press Conference But ‘Insulting Reporters on the Way Out the Door’

Fox News White House Correspondent Jacqui Heinrich zinged outgoing President Joe Biden for ostensibly skipping a final press conference and instead “insulting reporters on his way out the door.”

Heinrich appeared on Fox & Friends to report on Biden’s awarding the Presidential Medal of Freedom to several individuals, a few of whom are vocal critics of President-elect Donald Trump, namely former Secretary of State and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, as well as billionaire George Soros.

Heinrich introduced a clip of Biden replying to a query about his claim that White Supremacy was the most significant threat that the nation faced, saying, “The only thing my being the oldest president, I have met more leaders than anyone have you met in your whole goddamned life.”

Later in the segment, Steve Doocy asked Heinrich about Biden’s plans reported by NBC News for the last two weeks of his presidency, noting that there is no final press conference yet on the presidential schedule.

“I see that apparently, he told NBC News, somebody told NBC News he’s going to give two speeches, one, a foreign policy speech when it comes back from Italy in a week or so. And the other is a farewell address to the nation,” Doocy noted. “Look at all this stuff I got accomplished,” he added, “But I didn’t see anything about a press conference. So he’s trying to get out without talking to you guys.”

“Yeah. And insulting the reporters on the way out the door, you know, telling us that we don’t know anyone important except for him,” Heinrich snarked with a smile. “You know, we’d love to talk to him, and we should talk about that. He did not do a year-end press conference. We don’t have anything on the books as far as a presser before the end of his term. It is something that we continue to push for and we’re hopeful will happen.”
