‘You’re an Obnoxious Ass!’ Sarah Palin and Mehdi Hasan Clash in World’s Most Predictable Trainwreck

Piers Morgan sat far-right former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin and far-left former MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan next to each other Monday night on his show, and the result was predictable as the pair didn’t get along.

Palin called Hasan an “obnoxious ass” while the latter called her a “racist” during a fiery exchange on American energy production under the Biden administration.

The pair appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored alongside guests comedian Dave Smith and gamer and commentator Destiny.

Hasan and Palin bickered for more than 45 minutes on topics ranging from former President Donald Trump’s New York City rally to foreign policy.

The dam finally broke when the issue of energy production was raised, and the two locked horns in an almost unintelligible argument:

HASAN: I’m not a fan of that, by the way. I think we should have less energy production. I’m a critic of Biden on his energy production.

PALIN: You lie! You’re a liar. You lie, yes. And you said, No, Biden didn’t do that. Yes, he did – on day one!

HASAN: Did you know he handed out more licenses than Trump, did you know that?

PALIN: I’m making the point that you denied. My point is true.

HASAN: Destiny said energy is higher, and you said no. So, if anyone lied, you did. People can DVR it, they can rewind it and seeing you saying a false statement.

MORGAN: Let me ask–

PALIN: So, you don’t think that–

HASAN: Is energy production higher?

PALIN: You don’t think that Biden, you don’t think that Biden–

[CROSSTALK]

HASAN: Is energy production higher under Biden than Trump?

PALIN: You just said that Biden did–

[CROSSTALK]

HASAN: Is energy production higher, Sarah Palin? It’s a very simple question. I know facts are not your strong point. Is energy production higher today under Biden than under Trump? It’s a simple yes or no question.

PALIN: You’re an obnoxious ass!

HASAN: Facts hurt, don’t they? Facts don’t care about your feelings.

[CROSSTALK]

Destiny attempted to steer the conversation into one that was productive, but Hasan cut him off and turned back toward Palin:

HASAN: I’m obnoxious because I ask you if energy production is higher today under Biden than under Trump? That makes me obnoxious?

PALIN: You’re obnoxious because I’m asking you why you would say that Biden didn’t–

HASAN: I mean, I’m obnoxious. You’re a racist. We want to play that game?

[CROSSTALK]

HASAN: You said Obama is not born in America. He’s not one of us. He is. Yeah, you said Trump is doing a great job asking for his birth certificate. You said he’s you said he’s not one of us.

[CROSSTALK]

HASAN: You’re gonna call me obnoxious when asked about your racism.

PALIN: You’re a liar.

[CROSSTALK]

MORGAN: Mehdi, if you get the governor on your show, which is, I would say, unlikely, as things stand. If you do, you can continue the prosecution.
