Trump’s Border Czar Tom Homan Blasts Jasmine Crockett After She Said He Was In Over His Head: ‘I Forgot More’ About Immigration ‘Than She’ll Ever Know’
Tom Homan, President-elect Donald Trump’s border czar and the man who has been tapped to carry out the deportations of millions of immigrants, blasted Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) after she said over the weekend he did not know what he was doing in regard the country’s immigration system.
Homan – Trump’s acting ICE director from January 2017 to June 2018 – joined Newsmax TV’s Wake Up America Monday morning where he talked at length about his plans to carry out mass deportations when Crockett’s comments were raised.
“We have someone who doesn’t know what he’s doing,” Crockett told MSNBC on Saturday during a conversation in which she also complained the Trump administration would separate families and place people in encampments.
Homan was shown a clip of Crockett’s comments and asked to respond. He told the network:
Well, look, I forgot more about this issue than she’ll ever know. I mean, for God sakes, I’ve been doing it for 34 years, But look, there has been a rude awakening. That rude awakening was the November election. That was a rude awakening. The American people are sick of an open border. The American people are sick of illegal alien crime in this country. I mean, how many young women have to be raped and murdered and burned alive? How many how many MS-13 and Tren de Aragua have to be in our major cities committing crimes against U.S. citizens? How many angel moms and dads do we have to have in this country that lost their children at the hands of someone that wasn’t supposed to be here?
Homan went off on complaints about family separation and migrants. He said Americans being murdered by people in the country illegally were also separated from their families.
“So look, I don’t know who this lady is. Apparently, she’s not real smart, but she can say what she wants,” Homan concluded of Crockett. “President Trump is going to secure this border and save lives just not of Americans, but of aliens, too.”
