Trump Lawyer Alina Habba Rages At DOJ ‘Dropping Legal Bombs’ On Fox News — Says There’s A Lot More Coming

Trump campaign senior adviser and personal Trump attorney Alina Habba raged to Fox News host Jesse Watters about the “legal bombs” dropping on former President Donald Trump — and said to expect much more before the election.

The political world was rocked Wednesday afternoon by a blockbuster filing from Special Counsel Jack Smith, which contained new evidence and bombshell revelations in the Jan. 6 case—just a month before the election.

Habba was a guest on Wednesday night’s edition of , during which Watters asked for her reaction to Smith “dropping all kinds of legal bombs” — and suggesting some connection to the VP debate.

Instead, Habba responded by telling Trump supporters to brace for many more bombs — and to preemptively declare them “fake”:

JESSE WATTERS: Real quick before we let you go, Elena, this is just breaking Jack Smith in this crazy judge in D.C. They’re dropping all kinds of legal bombs. Happens to be the day after Walz bombs this debate. What’s going on here?

ALINA HABBA: Okay. So let me just be very clear on this. The Department of Justice has been complicit and we’ve said this numerous times, but America, pay attention!

We have 30 plus days now until an election. We are going to be hit with an onslaught of fake news! We’re going to be hit with an onslaught of litigation!

That’s what they do. And we have to understand one thing. This is called desperation. It’s very simple. Look it up and in Merriam Webster’s desperation, that is what you’re seeing from Jack Smith, who has failed numerous times, failed in Florida until from the debate.

Look, it’s a distraction. Pay attention, America. Save our country. We’ve got 30 something days. Get out and vote.

JESSE WATTERS: Yeah, the Justice Department’s not really supposed to be doing this on the eve of the election. They have rules against it, but they’re breaking their own rules in order to win. Not going to happen.

ALINA HABBA: A lot of election interference.

JESSE WATTERS: And we’re used to it at this point. Good to see you.
