Fani Willis Had ‘Very Strong Body Language’ During Testimony and Was ‘All Confidence,’ Expert Tells Laura Ingraham
Body language expert Tonya Reiman told Fox News host Laura Ingraham that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was “all confidence” and had “very strong body language” during her testimony on Thursday.
Following Willis’ testimony on her relationship with Trump Prosecutor Nathan Wade, Ingraham said, “Even the judge wasn’t having much of Fani Willis’ attitude today, but it wasn’t just what Ms. Willis said that we should all be paying attention to, but what she didn’t say.”
Ingraham then introduced Reiman to her show and asked for her thoughts on Willis’ body language throughout the testimony.
Contrary to what Ingraham was probably hoping for, however, Reiman had positive words for Willis’ “confident” and “very strong” body language.
“When I see her walk in, she is all confidence,” said Reiman. “If you watch her, she’s walking in with a tight stride and then, interestingly enough, sits down, and she does what we would call like a double leg. So she sits down almost in a man-ish way where she does this four-pronged leg move, which displays confidence.”
Ingraham interrupted, “Hold on, Tonya. Tonya, you said the four-pronged leg move. I want to see that. What is that?”
Reiman then described the move as “a masculine leg movement that you would see a man use when he’s wearing pants” and said, “You normally wouldn’t see this with a woman who’s wearing a dress.”
After Ingraham asked Reiman to analyze a moment where Willis waved her finger, Reiman said, “Again, this is a person who’s used to being in front of an audience, so she’s very strong when it comes to her non-verbals. She holds eye contact. She does swivel in her chair, but that’s more to make sure she’s holding eye contact with who she’s speaking to at that moment.”
Reiman concluded, “She has very strong body language when it comes to being direct and forthcoming.”
