Horrifying footage has emerged from the crash-landing of a South Korean passenger jet — which slammed into a wall and burst into flames, killing at least 179 people onboard.

Fox & Friends Weekend hosts offered up a warning before rolling the video of the 15-year-old Boeing plane — which carried 181 people — skidding off the runway at an airport about 180 miles south of Seoul.

“Incredibly, two crew members have been pulled from the wreckage alive by emergency crews without any life-threatening injuries,” said Rachel Campos-Duffy, after the footage played. She added, “Meanwhile, local officials say the control tower issued a bird strike warning, and that the pilots declared ‘Mayday’ before trying to land the plane.”

Aviation consultant Mike Boyd disputed the bird-strike theory, however.

“A lot of people are saying they can’t understand why this airplane landed on that runway at that speed with no flaps, with no gear,” Boyd offered. “There might have been something else involved, but a bird strike on an engine might shut an engine down, but there’s so many redundant systems there it just doesn’t make sense.”

Will Cain added, “Reports also saying the Boeing jet’s landing gear was not deployed.”

This is the second terrifying plane crash video of the past week. Video released Dec. 26 showed a passenger jet crashing in Kazakhstan, killing 38 people onboard. Experts believe

the crash was likely caused by Russian antiaircraft fire. Russian President Vladimir Putin has “apologized” for the incident but did not take responsibility.
