SNL Has Rapping RFK Jr. Dead Baby Bear Carcass – and Forgotten Tim Kaine

After a cold open that featured a cameo from Vice President Kamala Harris, Saturday Night Live immediately followed-up with a cameo from two other Democrats: Sen. Tim Kaine and the dead baby bear carcass (Andy Samberg) dumped in Central Park by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

The cold open was followed by the opening monologue from guest host John Mulaney, who in the next sketch played a contestant on fictional game show “What’s That Name?” in which he was unable to recall Sen. Kaine’s name, who was running mate to Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Also no one else could remember his name and they showed an image of Kaine next to current Democratic running mate Gov. Tim Walz.

After that friendly faux-jab at Kaine, another sketch was a musical about a Port Authority Duane Reade, which is when the dead RFK Jr. baby bear carcass number was featured.

In it, Samberg did a Hamilton style hip-hop routine asking whether a brain worm is what made RFK “insane” and ended with the bear noting that the former independent 2024 candidate is still on the ballot in two states.

Great stuff.

Also the brain worm itself was also a previous guest of the show.

Soon it was time for SNL’s “Weekend Update” during which the anti-Republican theme of the pre-election day episode was enthusiastically continued.
