Fox’s Larry Kudlow Baselessly Claims Mark Zuckerberg ‘Fixed the Last 2020 Election Against Trump’
Fox Business host Larry Kudlow accused Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg of fixing the 2020 election against President-elect Donald Trump.
During Thursday’s Kudlow, the host – who served as the director of the National Economic Council in Trump’s first term – hailed the president-elect for “bringing God back” into public view.
“You may not have expected Trump to do it, but he’s bringing religion back,” Kudlow said. “He’s bringing God. I mean, he is bringing God back.”
He then turned to New York Post columnist Miranda Devine and noted that Zuckerberg’s Meta donated $1 million to Trump’s inaugural fund after the 2024 election. In doing so, Kudlow claimed the tech billionaire “fixed” the 2020 election against Trump.
“I was gonna ask you about Mark Zuckerberg, who fixed last 2020 against Trump, forking up a million dollars for the inauguration of this one,” he continued. “Maybe you have a thought about Zuckerbucks coming back to Trump.”
“It’s so weaselly,” Devine replied.
Kudlow did not elaborate on his claim.
False charges of voter fraud have come back to bite Fox Corp., which last year paid Dominion Voting Systems $787.5 million to settle a defamation lawsuit. Several Fox hosts and guests baselessly alleged Dominion’s voting machines rigged the election for President Joe Biden.
After the 2020 election, Fox News briefly saw an exodus of viewers to lesser-known conservative cable channels such as Newsmax, which leaned into the stolen election claims early on. Dominion has also sued Newsmax.
