Comedian and podcaster Tim Dillon performed a set for a new Netflix special as the “ghost” of murdered UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, where he lashed out at those celebrating his murderer “tortellini mozzarella,” AKA accused killer Luigi Mangione.

Netflix’s Torching 2024: A Roast of the Year was hosted by comedian Jeff Ross and dropped on the streaming platform on Friday. Dillon performed his set not as himself, but as the late Thompson, telling the crowd he’s currently “rotting in hell.”

“Here it is, you socialist pigs! Is this what you want?!” Dillon told the crowd as he threw what appeared to be pills at them, calling them “fentanyl laced with more fentanyl.”

Dillon previously teased his performance on Christmas, promising it would be “as tasteless as it looks.”

Dillon’s costume included chains and the backdrop sported the phrase: “United Hellcare CEO.”

Thompson was shot and killed in Manhattan on Dec. 4. Mangione has since been charged with the murder. The young man had reportedly been suffering from issues related to a back surgery, and some have taken to celebrating the alleged murderer. The murder has sparked intense debate over America’s healthcare system.

“I’m going to hell for this, you might as well laugh!” Dillon said dressed as Thompson.

He joked that he’s been reading comments from people celebrating his death on X.

“You don’t think they don’t have X in hell! That’s all they have in hell!” he said, adding later, “”Let me tell you something, your reaction to my murder makes me sick, and not the type of sick I would immediately deny for not having the proper paperwork. You gotta have the paperwork!”

Dillon went on to refer to Mangione as “tortellini mozzarella” and mocked his health issues.

“Apparently he had his own back problems. I’m sorry, Luigi, but nobody feels bad for a thin guy with back problems,” he said. “Claim denied!”
